Team Access
Invite your team to help manage comments — no YouTube login needed.
Go to Settings → Team Access
Open your CommentShark dashboard and navigate to Settings. You'll find the Team Access section.
Click "+ Invite Team Member"
Enter your team member's email address and choose their role level.
They receive an email
We'll send them an invite link. They click it once to get access — no Google login required.
Available Roles
AdminFull workspace access, including settings and team management. Only the owner can manage billing.
EditorReply to comments and manage rules. Cannot manage team.
ViewerRead-only access to comments and analytics.
